Maintain the order and cleanliness of kitchens and related areas in accordance with the standards of the F&B Department of the property and in compliance with the rules and regulations for the Department of Health and uphold the standards for cleanliness and maintenance in accordance with Ganir & Company’s policies and regulations. A Steward or Dishwasher is primarily responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all hotel china, silverware, and cookware. This person must have good communication skills and have the ability to lift, pull and push a moderate amount of weight. This is a fast-paced position that will involve constant customer interaction. Must work seamlessly amongst guests to executive effective janitorial practices with little to no supervision and maintain cleanliness in accordance with the standards of the property
