Position Description:

• This position will have a mix of both serving and bartending duties:
• Warmly greeting and welcoming guests
• Aiding guests in menu selection and accurate order taking
• Ensuring prompt and efficient food & beverage service
• Attentively monitoring guest needs
• Handling billing and payments courteously
• Maintaining a clean and organized workstation
• Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff for timely delivery of orders
• Offering menu knowledge and recommendations to guests
• A bartender’s primary responsibilities include preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation. Bartenders should possess knowledge of alcohol pairing and tastes while knowing how to make traditional and classy drinks, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction & enjoyment. Bartenders should possess a friendly and engaging demeanor, demonstrate efficiency, and the ability to anticipate the requirements of our patrons.
