Will receive duties as a Dishwasher, Prep Cook, Pantry Cook and/or Line Cook.
- Duties include but are not limited to: Chopping vegetables, breading seafood, shellfish preparation, making salads, sauces and sides, baking and dessert prep, frying foods for prep, maintaining proper rotation of product, cleaning prep and common kitchen areas, dishwashing and general cleanup of prep areas. Could also work at the Broil(ovens), Grill, Fry, and Sauté stations.
- Students may then be divided further into specialty areas depending on language proficiency, skill level and availability.
- All duties assigned by the manager.
