Server

Server will greet the customers; take orders; bring the food/drinks at the tables; explain the menu; buss tables and various other duties as assigned by the manager.

Busser

Bussers assist in dining room preparation; Water the tables as needed; Maintain cleanliness of bar, dinner and patio areas; Clear dinnerware, glassware, silverware as needed; Assist with polishing silverware and roll-ups.

Food Runner

Food runners assist in the kitchen area to arrange dishes; Prepare bread baskets, etc; Maintain supplies as needed; Deliver food to guests' tables.

Hostess

Hostess greet guests, escort them to tables, provide menus, operate the cash register. You need to SMILE at all times, have a positive attitude and be able to work in a busy, fast-paced environment.
