Servers will greet the customers; take orders; bring the food at the tables; explain the menu; buss tables and various other duties as assigned by the manager. End of shift clean up of all equipment, counters, floors. All duties assigned by manager.
Daily preparation of food items: prepare/cook food; Sets up station according to restaurant guidelines; Prepares all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner; Follows recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant; Restocks all items as needed throughout shift; Maintains cooking station clean at all times. All duties assigned by the manager.
