• Job description:

Perform both Busser and Food Runner duties: assist bartenders and servers by bringing food and drinks to the tables; Assist in dining room preparation; Water the tables as needed; Maintain cleanliness of bar, dinner and patio areas; Clear dinnerware, glassware, silverware from the tables when the customers are finished; Assist with polishing silverware and roll-ups. Other duties may be assigned by manager, such as moving tables, chairs, emptying bus tubs, etc. Always be courteous and work as a team.
